It’s a Lifetime Party….

I had a chance to check out the new C & K show in the Monarch room of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and as I said it marked their return to Waikiki after some 30 plus years. What a kick off to what should be a successful run for all of us! Cecilio & Kapono still hold the magic as entertainers, musicians and song writers. From the beginning to the end of the show, I was held captive to the songs, their presence and their music. Your favorite songs are there, well as many as they could fit into and hour and 10 minute performance plus some new jewels as well. And here’s where I got real excited….they ended this show with a song from their new CD. The song is called “Smooth Sailing” and from the moment they started singing I knew I was listening to a new C & K classic! Cecilio and Kapono will be appearing every Thursday night through December in the Monarch Room of the majestic Royal Hawaiian Hotel! What a combination! Tickets by the way are just $25!
